1. Terms and Conditions – Payments (Paid Services)

General

• a. These terms and conditions apply to all types of payments for paid services made to www.escorthub.cz.
• b. By making a payment to www.escorthub.cz, or by requesting Electronic Communications, you accept these terms and conditions.
• c. www.escorthub.cz may amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the amendment on its website at least 30 days before the effective date of the change.

Authorisation

By entering your payment details:

• a. You are confirming that you are an authorised user of the payment method you have chosen and that the relevant details you have entered (account holder’s name, account number, billing address, etc.) are accurate.
• b. You authorise www.escorthub.cz to charge the amount you have requested via your chosen payment method.
• c. All payments made via www.escorthub.cz that are required for the services offered on www.escorthub.cz are settled on the website using tokens (notional units).
• d. The tokens you purchase are allocated to your account and you may dispose of them in accordance with these GTC.
• e. Tokens can be purchased once you have registered and logged into your user account. Details of payment methods and package prices can be found in your user account under the „Buy tokens“ tab.
• f. The purchased tokens will be credited to the user’s account within 72 hours of the payment being recorded and credited to the bank account. Tokens are automatically deducted from the account upon approval of a specific payment for the Service or when tokens are used for any other purpose on the website, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• g. Users can exchange tokens to access VIP, Featured, Promoted and other options to make their profile and announcement stand out, boost visibility, and customise the visual appearance of an advert. Payment options and methods can be found in the profile account settings. It takes up to 72 hours for the selected option to be activated.
• h. It is not possible to exchange tokens for any form of conventional payment method. All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Please bear this in mind when purchasing tokens.

Confirmation of Payment

By clicking „Submit“, you are agreeing to receive a one-off electronic confirmation of this payment at the email address you have provided to us.

2. Paid Advertisement

Users may purchase banners, VIP, TOP, Featured and Promoted features for their accounts, adverts or offers for advertising purposes. The cost of these purchases may vary depending on the product, country, banner size and duration.

Payment options can be found on the advertising page. It takes us up to 48 hours to activate an advertisement once we have received payment.

As external links are not owned or controlled by www.escorthub.cz, we strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Amount of gold coins that can be purchased. All payments listed below are one-off payments (not recurring):

• –€ = 100 gold coins
• –€ = 250 gold coins
• –€ = 500 gold coins
• –€ = 750 gold coins
• –€ = 1,000 gold coins
• –€ = 2,000 gold coins

3. Refund Policy

We want to ensure our users are satisfied by providing the best possible service, so we have introduced a special refund policy in this area.

Users may request a refund within 72 hours of purchasing tokens. We can only issue a refund if the user provides us with a valid reason (supported by evidence) as to why the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorised, or for any other reason that we deem appropriate. The decision to issue a refund is made by our team and is not guaranteed.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
