1. Terms & Conditions – Payments (Paid Services)

General

• a. These terms and conditions apply to all types of payments for paid services made to www.escorthub.cz.
• b. By making a payment to www.escorthub.cz, or by requesting Electronic Communications, you accept these terms and conditions.
• c. www.escorthub.cz may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amendment on its website at least 30 days prior to the effective date of change.

Authorization

By entering your payment information:

• a. You are stating that you are an authorized user of the payment method you chose and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate.
• b. You authorize www.escorthub.cz to charge the amount you have requested by the payment method chosen.
• c. All payments made through www.escorthub.cz that are required for the services offered on www.escorthub.cz are settled on the website with tokens (notional unit).
• d. The tokens you purchase are assigned to your account and you can dispose of them in accordance with these GTC.
• e. The purchase of tokens is possible after registering and logging into the user account. Details on the method of payment and package prices can be found in the user account under the „Buy tokens“ tab.
• f. The purchased amount of tokens will be credited to the user account within 72 hours from the moment when payment is noted and credited on the bank account. Tokens are automatically deducted from the account upon approval of a specific payment for the Service or use of tokens for any other purpose on the website, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• g. Users can exchange tokens to get VIP, Featured, Promoted and other options to make their profile and announcement stand out, upgrade visibility, and change the visual appearance of an Ad. Payment options and methods can be found in profile account settings. Activation of the selected option takes up to 72 hours.
• h. There is no possibility to exchange tokens for any kind of conventional payment method. All token purchases are final and not interchangeable. Please be aware of this when making a token purchase.

Confirmation of Payment

By clicking „Submit,“ you are consenting to receive a one-time confirmation of this payment electronically to the email address you have provided to us.

2. Paid Advertisement

The users may purchase banners, VIP, TOP, Featured, Promoted functions for account/ads/offers for advertising purposes. The cost of purchasing can vary according to the product, country, banner size and period of time.

Payment options can be found on the advertising page. We need up to 48 hours to activate any advertisement after we’ve received the payment.

Because external links are not owned and controlled by www.escorthub.cz, we strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Amount of Gold coins which can be purchased. All payments below are one-time payments (no recurring):

• –€ = 100 Gold coins
• –€ = 250 Gold coins
• –€ = 500 Gold coins
• –€ = 750 Gold coins
• –€ = 1000 Gold coins
• –€ = 2000 Gold coins

3. Refund Policy

We want to keep our users satisfied by providing the best service, so we created a special refund policy in this area.

The users may ask for a refund within 72 hours after the purchase of tokens was made. We can only issue a refund if the user provides us with a valid reason (with proof) why the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized, or for any other reason that we’ve found appropriate. The decision to refund is made by our team and is not guaranteed.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

5. Merchant

Escorthub.cz is the registered merchant based in Czech Republic.
