The photos, videos and text of advertisers (“users”, “models”) published at www.escorthub.cz are provided by the users who are registered members of the Website, and who are responsible for the content of the advertisement, including the photos, videos, graphic materials and the text.

It is not allowed to the users to upload fake, heavily modied by graphics redactor (e.g.

Photoshop) or A I created pictures. If we nd such a proles the whole account will be deleted immediately. If such an account has activated paid services (VI P , Featured, etc.) payment won´t be refunded. Users can provide verication photo and/or video to proof that prole is real. Verication video and/or photo requirements are stated in each user account.

The verication video or photo is for internal use only and it will never be published. For agencies / clubs, required at least 2 proles to be veried to activate the account. If tokens are purchased and this condition is not met, the user is not entitled for a refund. If it is suspected that this is a fraudulent account, we reserve the right to deactivate the account at any time without the right to any kind of payments refund, if they were made.

Each registered user can only use the full advertisement possibilities of escorthub.cz after purchasing paid services.

Unregistered users can view registered user accounts, oers and advertisements.

It is strictly forbidden to users of www.escorthub.cz to upload any content showing genitals, minors below the age of 18+, animals or other abusive content (blood, rape, vomit, etc.) or content which meets or applies to denition of pornographic content. Such a content (pictures, videos, graphic materials) will be immediately deleted or blurred.

All accounts with exposed face photos must be veried. Otherwise, the ads will be deleted.

The use of someone else’s photos is strictly prohibited. Each conrmed use of someone else’s photo will result in the deletion of the account without right to any kind of refund if purchase of services or tokens were made on website.

All models (users) on this Website are over the age of +18 years. We accept only members, independent escort providers, escort agencies and strip clubs on the Website. Escort directories are not allowed to register any kind of proles. If we nd proles that link to such sites, we delete them without any notication. We also don´t accept registration of porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or any similar adult sites.

Our team manually reviews each post and picture before it goes LIVE online. If we determine or suspect that the age of the model/escort is less than age permitted on our website we will ask for an ID and age verication, we also reserve the right to refuse to post if image does not fall into good business practices or by our internal decision without any explanation or notice.

All fraudulent ads will be deleted without notice.

Deleting and creating or uploading the same (duplicate) users/escorts, creating duplicated proles or deleting whole account and creating new one for the purpose of reaching TO P positions on the site is strictly prohibited. If we discover such a advertisers doing this we will delete those accounts from our directory without any right to refund if paid services or tokens were purchased. The allowed way how to move proles to the TO P of sections is to use „TO P“ or another paid service in the account of advertisers.

Agency or Club can upload unlimited amount of escorts but each escort advertisement/prole must be unique. Is not allowed to create duplicate advertisement/prole. Such proles will be immediately deleted and if the user won´t respect our rules will be blocked.

Takedown policy – each advert has „report fake“ button. If you think prole use fake photos, advert is fraudlent, content infrigments copyright, etc then use this button. We deal with each report within 7 business days, however usually it is much sooner.

4. Veried Escorts

We as the administrator do verify proles. These proles receive VERIFIED status. Each user who advertise on our site has „verication“ option in the account. We require verication video or face + ID picture as proof that prole is real. If the user sends required verication video or photo after verifying and approval by our team we entitle „veried“ status to that account/ad.

It is not possible to return unused tokens .

9. Free Advertisement Creation and publication of user prole/ad/oer is free of any charge. Proles

/advertisements/oers are displayed on website after approval by our team and positioned automatically on display page/pages according to the queue of created/listed proles by creation/activation/approval time. 10.
