Exercising Any of Your Rights Under the GDPR

The exercise of your right must be done in writing by e-mail / data box / in person at the company’s registered office with your proven ID and its certification by an authorized representative.

Information to which you are entitled as a data subject will also be provided at the company’s registered office upon request, once your identity has been proven and authenticated.

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as „General Data Protection Regulation“ (GDPR).

With your consent, you agree to the processing of your personal data by the company to the following extent: username (password), email, phone number, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other form of electronic messaging/calling contacts, country/city, label, gender, orientation, erotic services rendered, parameters specified in the form (such as height, weight, hair color, hair length, eye color, languages, breast size, age, race, nationality, etc.), photographs.

The consent is only valid if my personal data will only be processed to the extent necessary for the purpose of the processing described below and in accordance with applicable laws. Consent is given for marketing purposes.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the company for the duration of the cooperation, the use of the company’s services and six months after its termination.

The company is entitled to use my personal data only in accordance with the above purposes or for the legitimate needs of control authorities and law enforcement agencies.

I declare that I am giving my consent voluntarily, that I understand its meaning, and that my consent was not dependent on other circumstances that would constitute my relationship with the controller (that my consent is severable from such relationships) to which I give this consent.
